Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spoon about 2/3 cup of apple pie filling into the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour butter mixture over enchiladas and let stand for 10 minutes.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
