- 1/2 lb (225g) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 can (16 oz or 450g) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- In a greased 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish, layer biscuit pieces, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
- Pour egg mixture over the top, ensuring even coverage.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
