Christmas Morning Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit Bake

  • 1/2 lb (225g) bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 can (16 oz or 450g) refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into quarters
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook bacon until crispy, drain, and crumble.
  • Cut biscuit dough into quarters.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • In a greased 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish, layer biscuit pieces, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  • Pour egg mixture over the top, ensuring even coverage.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until eggs are set and biscuits are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
