Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil, for frying
For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
Optional Garnish:
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce until smooth and well combined.
- Toss fried chicken tenders in the Bang Bang sauce until evenly coated.
- Arrange Bang Bang Chicken Tenders on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.
